3 medium over-ripe bananas
2 ½ teaspoons peanut butter
¼ cup mini-chocolate chips to decorate (optional)
- Slice bananas into ¼ inch thick rounds, and place in a single layer on a plate. Freeze the banana slices for 1 hour.
- Place bananas and peanut butter into the magic bullet. Blend for 20 seconds, then shake the bullet to bring the frozen bananas back toward the blade. Repeat until smooth.
- Place bullet into the freezer for a harder-consistency ice cream.
- Sprinkle with mini-chocolate chips before serving (optional).
