Two-Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Adapted from:

3 medium over-ripe bananas
2 ½ teaspoons peanut butter
¼ cup mini-chocolate chips to decorate (optional)

Serves: 2

  1. Slice bananas into ¼ inch thick rounds, and place in a single layer on a plate. Freeze the banana slices for 1 hour.
  2. Place bananas and peanut butter into the magic bullet. Blend for 20 seconds, then shake the bullet to bring the frozen bananas back toward the blade. Repeat until smooth.
  3. Place bullet into the freezer for a harder-consistency ice cream.
  4. Sprinkle with mini-chocolate chips before serving (optional).
